How can I pay for the training?
We currently only have a couple of payment methods.
We can send an:
- invoice
- payment link.
How many staff can attend a training session?
We typically have up to 12 learner per training session. Though if the training is theory based, we can have up to 12 learners. We keep the groups small so there is plenty of time to complete any practical elements.
What experience will the trainer have?
All our trainers require a minimum of a Level 3 AET for teaching and training. Trainers will also have knowledge and experience in the subject area also.
How long are certificates valid for?
The majority of our certificates are valid for 1 year, upon which refresher training is required. Some of our training can be valid for up to 2-3 years.
We have a group larger than 12-15, can you accommodate us?
Yes we can. We can provide two training sessions over one day to two groups of 12-15 depending on the subject. This is subject to availability, though reduces the cost compared to booking two half day courses on seperate occasions.

Where are we located?
Based in Leicestershire in the East Midlands, we’re approximately 1 hour away from Birmingham, Nottingham and Milton Keynes. We can travel to you to provide face to face training.
